Using the "Golana" application (the "App") constitutes acceptance of these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please refrain from using the App.

Service Description

"Golana" is a community platform for discovering and rating places in the Golan Heights. The App allows users to add places, write reviews, upload photos, and share experiences.

User Account

  • •You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
  • •You must provide accurate information during registration
  • •Content can be viewed without registration

User Content

When uploading content to the App:

  • •You grant us a non-exclusive license to display the content in the App
  • •You are responsible for ensuring your content does not infringe on the rights of others
  • •It is forbidden to upload offensive, illegal, or misleading content
  • •We reserve the right to remove content that violates these terms

Acceptable Conduct

When using the App, you must not:

Intellectual Property

All rights to the App, including design, code, and content created by us, belong to us. The "Golana" brand and the Golana character (the cow) are protected intellectual property.

Limitation of Liability

The App is provided "AS IS". We are not responsible for the accuracy of information uploaded by users, and we do not guarantee that the App will operate without interruption.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted in the App.

Service Termination

We may suspend or close accounts that violate these Terms of Service, or discontinue the service at any time.
